today was a great day!
University Rectors today announced a free and organized a sports day .. so I took advantage of this morning I went to work out .. I found it really enjoyable to work out at the beginning of the damage .. I do not have time each day. . I go about training someone?
then I quickly went home and put things I have to work them with the ointment though .. But it was so nice, I ran before, and we went with a friend to walk again .. :-))
the way we stopped for dinner and a great mush .. :-) But you here today will not make the food taste all the pictures, do not worry, I'll spare you .. : D
